3. Downloadable digital audio
Marketplace, Marketplace Money and the first two broadcasts of the Marketplace Morning Report are now available for download as free podcasts.
4. Use by educational and non-profit organizations
Marketplace is copyrighted by Minnesota Public Radio which reserves
all rights to the broadcast. We do not object to the educational and non-profit
use of Marketplace, and most requests to use Marketplace in this manner are
approved. We are unable to provide research or other special services for listeners. Individuals or
not-for-profit institutions which intend to make limited, non- profit,
educational use of Marketplace programs may record the programs off
the air.
5. Use by for-profit organizations
Permission may be granted to for-profit entities, depending upon
the proposed use. Payment of a license fee is usually required for such use.
