Peter Brown is a St Paul-based consultant and author of Jumping the Job Track, a guidebook to life as an independent consultant.


Julie Garton-Good has been in the real estate business for more than two decades as a broker, educator, and author. She is the author of three books, including All About Mortgages and The Home Buying Game (both Dearborn Financial Publishing), writes a weekly column for the Miami Herald, and is a past president of the Real Estate Educators Association. She lives in Lewiston, Idaho.


Ruth Hayden is a personal financial consultant in St Paul, Minnesota, and author of How to Turn Your Money Life Around (Health Communications, 1992). Her "Women and Money" and "Couples and Money" classes have been educating women and couples since 1982.


Edith Lank's syndicated real estate column, "House Calls," is distributed to more than 100 news papers by the Los Angeles Times syndicate. She is a licensed broker in New York and the author of several books, including The Homebuyer's Kit, The Homeseller's Kit, and Your Home as a Tax Shelter, all published by Dearborn. The winner of several national consumer education awards, she has served on the boards of directors of the Real Estate Educators Association and the National Association of Real Estate Editors.


Beth Kobliner is the author of Get a Financial Life: Personal Finance in Your Twenties and Thirties, a New York Times, Business Week, and USA Today bestseller. She's a member of the National Commission on Retirement Policy of the Center for Strategic and International Studies and lives in New York City.


Robin Leonard is an attorney and expert on personal finance and credit whose books include Money Troubles: Legal Strategies to Cope With Your Debts and Credit Repair. She's an editor with Nolo Press in Berkeley, California.


Amy Lindgren is the president and founder of Prototype Career Services, a Minnesota-based firm created in 1985 to serve laid-off workers and career-changers. She is also the weekly employment columnist for the St. Paul Pioneer Press and author of more than 400 published articles.


Harvey Mackay is the bestselling author of Swim With The Sharks Without Being Eaten Alive, Beware the Naked Man Who Offers You His Shirt, Sharkproof, and most recently, Dig Your Well Before You're Thirsty. A popular motivational speaker, he is also a nationally syndicated columnist, a corporate CEO, prominent civic leader, and marathoner. He lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota.


Nanci Olesen is host and producer of MOM-bo, a mom show with an attitude, heard on select public radio stations nationwide.


Barbara Strandell is a strategic marketing and career consultant, author, and speaker with 15 years of experience in the corporate world, who specializes in helping employees with transistions in the workplace. She lives in St Paul, Minnesota.


Grace Weinstein is an award-winning writer who specializes in personal finance. She's the author of ten books, including The Lifetime Book of Money Management (Visible Ink Press, 1993) and Financial Savvy for the Self-Employed and writes a weekly column for Investor's Business Daily. A past president of the American Society of Journalists and Authors, she also served on the Consumer Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Board. She lives in Englewood, New Jersey.
