Mommy Suits'

This week, Novartis was slapped with a $100 million class-action suit. Twelve female employees claim that the pharmaceutical giant has engaged in gender and pregnancy discrimination. Maternal discrimination lawsuits like these are increasingly making their way to court. Sound Money's Hillary Wicai reports on this trend.
