Sales of hybrid cars almost doubled last year, according to one study released last Monday. Toyota's Prius dominates the U.S. market, accounting for roughly 65 percent of hybrid purchases. Some say higher gas prices are pushing drivers to consider cars with better gas mileage. But what would it take for you to get out of your car completely? Marketplace reporter Jeff Tyler hit the road to find out.
