Oil at $100 a Barrell?
Soaring crude oil costs have sweetened profits at major oil companies, but have left other businesses and consumers troubled. This week, President Bush called on Congress to pass his energy bill, which he claims will increase supplies of oil and energy. But can more refineries really curb rising oil prices? Author Stephen Leeb offers a different scenario.
