Skilled workers

A new survey says American companies can't find skilled workers. Hey -- you're skilled! Can you use this to your advantage? Kai speaks to labor economist Harley Shaiken.

Employers are having a tough time finding talented workers. That's according to a new study by the staffing firm Manpower. Forty percent of companies say they can't find the right person for the job.
