Hello, Do you have properties for sale? We would like to enlist your properties for free on our website http://www.realestatetogo.org/ as a way to help you promote your properties. We can register you in our database to become a member of the largest real estate websites network www.realestateinternational.com. Our team will gladly add your properties for you, without any obligation from your part. We will also classify you as a top real estate agent in your country on our local main page. Give us the go-ahead if you're interested, with the location of your property. Regards, REI Team

Elizebeth Razzi has gotten some things twisted around. The consent agreement between the National Association of Realtors and the Justice Department addressed some very technical and legal aspects of who controls the presentation of MLS data. All (or virtually all) of the MLS data is available already at realtor.com or remax.com and other sites. What can't be done is publish the data without showing the name of the listing broker who has the listing contract. The consent decree certainly does not address listing commissions, which are negotiated between the seller and the listing broker.
