I really enjoy hearing other people talk about their jobs in such a positive way. The show "A Day in the Work Life" lets me know that other people enjoy what they do for a living, and that they have jobs as exciting as mine. Many people I know feel trapped in jobs that they do not enjoy. I feel like the luckiest person in the world, because I work as an Architectural Historian, and I love my job. I can't believe someone pays me to visit, research, and document historic buildings, roads, canals, lighthouses, farms, etc. I would be interested in hearing an interview with someone who works in a similar profession (e.g., history, museums, historical society, architectural history, archaeology).
