Whether you believe it or not, the fact is large corporations (not small businesses) are the prime movers in the job market, and they, along with the banks are running scared of the anticipated tax increases by Obama and have pulled out their investments of new projects. Where small business shines is when they are directly in support of the jobs created by big business. But until big business gets the major tax breaks they need to promote new projects and job creation, they are going to continue to sit on their money. We need big tax incentives to big business, not stimulus handouts that will just continue to sit in accounts unused.
