First of all from Dubai. We mentioned last month that the world's tallest building had finally opened there -- the 2,717-foot tall Burj Khalifa.

Well, apparently it's closed again. Electrical problems, it seems.

Seeing as how the building is mostly empty, the biggest group of losers are tourists who shelled out $27 for a trip to the observation deck.

Also, Toyota. As rumors of another recall loom -- this one of Priuses, perhaps tomorrrow -- Toyota dealers in five southern states have had enough.

They've pulled their ads from local ABC stations saying their coverage has been excessive.
