Safe Deposit Boxes: You'll see lots of folks at the bank tonight and tomorrow morning depositing their paychecks. But odds are you won't find many wanting to access a safe deposit box. And in a growing number of cases, you can't even get a box if you want one. Marketplace's Hillary Wicai tells us why.
