Today in Louisville Kentucky, a U.S. District Court heard a lot about horses. Racehorses, to be exact. Jockeys are fighting with track owners over just how much risk they should bear on the job. Injuries caused by a 40-mile-an-hour spill can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical care.
