Polaroid retirees see little from sale

Retired employees at Polaroid won't be seeing much of a payout when the $426 million sale of the company goes through today. They'll each get a mere $47. Who should foot the bill for downed jockeys?

Today in Louisville Kentucky, a U.S. District Court heard a lot about horses. Racehorses, to be exact. Jockeys are fighting with track owners over just how much risk they should bear on the job. Injuries caused by a 40-mile-an-hour spill can cost hundreds of thousands of dollars in medical care. Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby, opens its racing season this Saturday -- but both sides are digging in. Kahtleen Adams reports.
