The Loh Down: Clueless managers
Today Limited Brands--the folks that own stores like Victoria's Secret and Express--said its profits plummeted 76 percent. The company admits its recent marketing campaign targeting older and more sophisticated shoppers backfired. None of this comes as a surprise says Marketplace commentator Sandra Tsing Loh.
