A Delaware judge ruled this afternoon the Walt Disney company and its board did nothing wrong when they gave former company President Michael Ovtiz $140 million to go away. Shareholders claimed that chairman Michael Eisner and the Disney board of directors weren't looking out for their investors as the law requires. But that's not the way the judge saw it.
