Today Saudi billionaire Prince Al-Waleed bin Talal unveiled plans to hold a public offering for his Kingdom Holding company on the Saudi stock exchange. Many Saudis may ignore the IPO because of worries that the company doesn't comply with Islamic monetary traditions. But other buyers could be attracted to its 17 percent investments in a different kingdom — Euro Disney.
